By purchasing from Bobo's Appliances, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Product Condition – Scratch & Dent Appliances

Some appliances sold by Bobo's Appliances are categorized as "scratch and dent" items. These products may have minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect their performance or functionality. By purchasing such items, you acknowledge and accept this condition.

2. Sales Policy

  • All Sales Are Final: Once a purchase is completed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
  • Defective Appliances at Installation: If an appliance is found to be defective during installation (beyond cosmetic issues), Bobo's Appliances will allow an exchange for the same or a comparable product.

3. Warranty Terms

  • Warranty Coverage: Warranty details are provided at the time of purchase. Coverage may vary depending on the product type and manufacturer.
  • Surge Protection Requirement: To maintain warranty eligibility, surge protectors must be used during appliance installation. Failure to use proper surge protection will void the warranty.
  • Limitations: Bobo's Appliances is not responsible for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from product use or installation.

4. Payment Plans

If you purchase using a payment plan:

  • Failure to complete scheduled payments will result in the appliance being restocked.
  • A restocking fee of 10% of the appliance’s sale price will be applied in such cases.

5. Sales Tax

Applicable Texas state sales tax will be added to all purchases as required by law.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Bobo's Appliances is not liable for damages caused by improper installation, misuse, or failure to follow warranty guidelines, including the use of surge protectors.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Bobo's Appliances reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
